Of Baldacci's earlier works, this is a strong second to debut novel "Absolute Power." A wide range of well drawn, non-sterotypical characters, thorough exposition, an intricate but easy enough to follow plot, and solid craftsmanship make this a guaranteed good read. Highly recommended.
